This is way too cool - however did you make it? It looks like bubble wrap, but what about the florescent circles?
Thanks!I crafted a jacket out of bubble wrap from the Container Store.Then I took glow necklaces and got them started, and taped them to the inside of the jacket.I had been thinking about this idea for two years, when I finally got it built I was so happy!
